Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/21/2026
1. Who we are
360 Global Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a heavy truck spare parts sourcing and supply company registered at SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, catalogue, RFQ portal, customer account, invoice portal, chat support and any related services (the “Services”).
2. Acceptance & eligibility
By accessing this website, submitting an RFQ, creating an account or using any interactive feature you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, acting in a business capacity and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company you represent that you are authorised to do so.
3. RFQs, quotations & orders
Submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not create a binding contract. Prices, availability, lead times and technical specifications provided in quotations are indicative and remain subject to written confirmation on our commercial invoice or sales contract. An order is only accepted once we issue a proforma or commercial invoice and receive the agreed deposit or payment.
4. Part references & compatibility
OEM numbers, cross-references, brand names and compatibility data shown on our catalogue and in quotations are provided for identification only. All OEM part numbers and brand names remain the property of their respective manufacturers. You are responsible for verifying part suitability (vehicle model, chassis number, year, market variant) before placing an order.
5. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, backup email and any two-factor codes, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@360globalenterprises.com of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts showing signs of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent RFQs, payment references or shipping details.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or resell our catalogue, pricing or software.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the Services.
- Use the Services in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions or embargoes.
7. Payment, delivery & Incoterms
Orders are governed by the specific commercial invoice and Incoterms® agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes, duties and freight, and title passes only on full payment received. Shipping ETAs are estimates and may be affected by carrier, customs, port congestion or force-majeure events. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm.
8. Warranty & returns
OEM and premium aftermarket parts carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable in the country of origin. Warranty claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery with photos, a written description and the original invoice reference. We do not accept returns of parts that have been installed, painted, drilled, modified, damaged in handling, or purchased on a “special-order” or “no-return” basis noted on the invoice.
9. Intellectual property
The website, catalogue design, copy, code, imagery and the 360 Global Enterprises name and logo are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may use them only to interact with the Services; any other use requires our prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality
Quotations, pricing tiers and supplier information shared with you are commercially confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than evaluating and completing a transaction with us.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, downtime, business interruption or third-party workshop labour.
12. Sanctions & export control
You confirm that you and your end customer are not subject to UN, EU, UK, US or UAE sanctions and that you will not re-export our goods in breach of applicable export-control laws.
13. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services, catalogue or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Sharjah, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
